Purpose of Item:
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission, with attachments, authorizing the City Manager to
accept a grant funds from the 2015 Special Category Historic Preservation Grant from Florida
Department of State; Division of Historical Resources, in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for
MP511 Munroe Marine Stadium Project ("Project"); further authorizing the City Manager to execute
the Grant Agreement with the State of Florida Department of State, in substantially the attached form,
to effectuate the purposes of the grant, which is to be used exclusively for the "Munroe Marine
Stadium". The acceptance of grant funds of this grant is for fiscal year 2014-2015.
