Background Information The City of Miami ("City") owns property and improvements located at 3385 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida ("Property"). The City underwent a competitive solicitation process for redevelopment of Grove Key and has entered into a lease agreement with the winning proposer but has been unable to deliver the Premises due to ongoing litigation. The Parties agree to remove the Termination Date of December 31, 2014, allowing this Revocable License to continue on a month to month basis in an effort for the City to continue to receive uninterrupted revenues to the City and provide uninterrupted service to the patrons of the marina and waterfront restaurant, until the City provides 60 days written notice to terminate the Revocable License with additional terms and conditions as more particularly set forth in the Amendment.
