Background Information: The City of Miami ("City") is constructing a new youth center facility located at Hadley Park, located at 1300 NW 50th Street, Miami, Florida. The City intends to connect the 21,440 square feet Youth Center to Miami -Dade County's water and sewer systems. The Water and Sewer Department ("WASD") capacity needed for the Project based on the agreed average daily gallonage is 2,144 gallons, resulting in combined water and sewer connection charges in the amount of $14,986.56. The City Manager requests authorization to execute an agreement for water and sanitary sewage services with WASD for the Project.
