HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit AEXHIBIT"A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Temporary Construction Easement A Temporary Construction Easement bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the South line of Lot A, SECOND AMENDED PLAT OF MAGNOLIA PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 25 of the Public" Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, bounded on the West by the Easterly right of way line of the N.E. 6th Avenue and bounded on the East by the Miami -Dade County Bulkhead Line, lying and being in Section 19, Township 53 South, Range 42 East, Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the intersection of said Easterly right of way line of the N.E. 6th Avenue and said South line of Lot A; thence S 08'21'38" W along said Easterly right of way line of the N.E. 6th Avenue for 40.69 feet; thence N 87'46'59" E along a line 40 feet South of and parallel with said Easterly extension of the South line of Lot A for 331.09 feet; thence N 00°01'29" E along said Miami -Dade County Bulkhead Line for 40.03 feet; thence S 8746'59" W along said Easterly extension of the South line of Lot A for 325.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
