The City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 9:00
a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to comment on
funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) programs.
The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at: www.miamiuov.com/communitvdevelopment.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 and ends on
Wednesday, July 23, 2014. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday, July
24, 2014. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department office located at 444
SW 2nd AVE, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (CED Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted in writing to the Address,
Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than July 23, 2014. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public
Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special accommodations may be directed at 305-416-
2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the public hearing date.

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating Jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an
opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new
allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below:* t
Discussion and Proposed Resolutions authorizing the acceptance, allocation, and/or transfer of funds for the following agenda Items:*
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the conveyance to Southeast Overtown/Parkwest Community Redevelopment Agency ("SEOPW
CRA") with parcel reverter provisions, of the City of Miami owned parcels of land located at 244 NW 16 Street, 1900 NW 2nd Court, 1624 NW 151
Court and 1611 NW 3`d Avenue, Miami, Florida.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution authoring the allocation of Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1 ("NSP1") program income in the total
amount of $501,337 to Department of Community & Economic Development for administration of the "NSP1" program In the amount of $50,134
and up to $451,203 for the construction of new affordable homes at the City of Miami owned sites.
3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of State Initiatives Partnership ("SHIP") funds in the total amount of $1,213,631
for fiscal year 2014-2015,
