approval of all outstanding invoices for NEOGOV software services rendered thereafter expiration of the
City's Service Agreement with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. A/K/A NEOGOV, Inc. This item is scheduled for
the Commission Meeting of September it , 2014.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 11, 2014 to
authorize a 4/5ths bid waiver for the approval of an outstanding invoice for
software services rendered thereafter expiration of the City's service agreement
with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc., a/k/a NEOGOV, Inc., and authorizing the City
Manager to execute a new service agreement with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc.
for the provision of software services for the Department of Information
Technology for current period of February 26, 2014 through February 25, 2015.

This action is being considered pursuant to City Code Sections 18-85 and 18-86
and under Florida Statutes Section 287.057. The recommendation and finding to
be considered in this matter are set forth in the proposed resolution and in this
Code Section, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference herein and are
available as public records from the City of Miami. The Public Hearing will be
held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting of
September 11, 2014 to be held at 9:00 a.m. at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida.
All interested individuals are invited to attend this hearing and may comment on
this proposed issue. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City
Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person
shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all
testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (Florida Statutes
Section 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing
special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office
of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) not later than two (2) business days
prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3)
business days prior to the proceeding.
