NORTHWEST 1ST AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "CENTRAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT" WITHIN THE "URBAN CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT" TO "PUBLIC PARKS AND RECREATION" WITHIN THE
"URBAN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT"; MAKING FINDINGS;
DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
