Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City
Commission on July 24, 2014, for the purpose of granting to Miami -Dade County Water
and Sewer Department, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement of an approximately twelve
(12) foot wide strip of City -owned property located at 1095 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami,
Florida (known as Museum Park).
Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City
Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on July
24, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for
the purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT, TO
MIA,"v1I-DADE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, A
POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, OF AN
APPROXIMATELY TWELVE (12) FOOT WIDE STRIP OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1095 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI,
FLORIDA (KNOWN AS MUSEUM PARK), TO CONSTRUCT,
RECONSTRUCT, LAY, INSTALL, OPERATE, MAINTAIN, RELOCATE,
REPAIR, REPLACE, IMPROVE, REMOVE AND INSPECT WATER
TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES AND ALL
APPURTENANCES THERETO, WITH THE RIGHT TO INGRESS
THERETO AND EGRESS THEREFROM ON THE PROPERTY.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal
may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk
at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding or at
