Approved: Enclosure HT:ab:br:Watermain Easement Museum PK CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on July 24, 2014, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT, TO MIA,"v1I-DADE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, OF AN APPROXIMATELY TWELVE (12) FOOT WIDE STRIP OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1095 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI, FLORIDA (KNOWN AS MUSEUM PARK), TO CONSTRUCT, RECONSTRUCT, LAY, INSTALL, OPERATE, MAINTAIN, RELOCATE, REPAIR, REPLACE, IMPROVE, REMOVE AND INSPECT WATER TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, WITH THE RIGHT TO INGRESS THERETO AND EGRESS THEREFROM ON THE PROPERTY. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
