This letter is to inform you of Ceres Environmental Services, Inc,'s recent acquisition of Byrd Brothers
Emergency Services' Storm Division contract rights and obligations. Ceres has not assumed any
obligations or liabilities except for those arising under the contract owned by the City of Miami. No third
party rights or obligations to the contract or otherwise have been assumed, Our commitment to
successfully performing this contract and satisfying your needs is strong and unabated.
As many of you know, I was the Vice President of the Byrd Brothers' Storm Division and primary contact
for all pre -event disaster clients. I have successfully transitioned to Ceres Environmental and Ceres has
appointed me Director of Client Services. I will remain the primary contact for the City of Miami.
Additionally, many of the project managers, project administrators and project supermtendents will be
making the transition with me. The capabilities of the new team have increased substantially as we now
have access to over 500 pieces of equipment, bonding up to $400 million for a single event and multiple
staging locations throughout Florida. Overall, Ceres Environmental will tirelessly endeavor to provide an
effective, responsive and timely disaster recovery service to you.
