Hannon, City Clerk FROM: Victoria Mendez, City Attorney DATE: March 4, 2015 RE: Scrivener's Error -Misplaced Exhibit, adopted June 26, 2014 File ID No.: 14-00055ac At the time of adoption of Resolution No. 14-0247 by the City Commission, on June 26, 2014, an error existed with respect to the placement of the appropriate Exhibit providing the legal description of an alley that the City decided to close, vacate, abandon, and discontinue for public use. Exhibits are to be attached separately into the Legistar system, and the Exhibit at issue was inadvertently attached to the legislation itself. As this caused the Exhibit to have limited visibility in the system when searched by the public, its placement has been remedied. The attached Exhibit will now appear separately in the system, as per standard legislative procedure. No revisions and/or modifications were made to the Resolution itself, as adopted.
