A scrivener's error appears in Resolution No. 14-0246, adopted June 26, 2014, in the
attached Exhibit.
The Exhibit was supposed to be comprised of three (3) pages but only two (2) were
printed. The attached Exhibit which includes two (2) sketches and one (1) legal description is
the correct Exhibit to be used.
The legislative file will also be revised to show the Resolution and the Exhibit as separate
files.

A portion of a 20.00 foot wide strip of land lying in Block 100 South, of AMENDED MAP OF
BRICKELL'S ADDITION TO THE MAP OF MIAMI, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plot Book
13' at Page 113 of the Public Records of Miami —Dade County, Florida; Lying 10.00 feet an each
side of the following described centerline.
COMMENCE at the Southeast corner of Lot 14, said Block 100 South, said point being on the
North Right of Way Line of Southeast 14th Street as shown of said plot; thence South 7338'32"
East, along the said North Right of Way Line, for a distance of 10.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the said herein described Centerline; thence North 16'42'33" East, for a distance of
370.99 feet to the POINT OF TERMINATION.
The sidelines of said 20.00 foot wide strip of land shall be lengthened and shortened as needed
to intersect the South Right of Way Line of Southeast 13th Street and to intersect the North
Right of Way Line of Southeast 14th Street and to form a closed figure. Said strip of land being
within the alley within said block 100 S.
SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
— Bearings shown hereon are based on an assumed
meridian, and are referenced to the North Line of S.E. 14th
Street, having a bearing of South 73'38'32" East.
— Area 7420 square feet or 0.170 acres more or less.
Tiger Vest area = 4943 Square Feet
Pacific National Bank area = 2477 Square Feet
— This sketch and legal description are valid only when all
sheets are combined, forming the complete document.
