APPROXIMATELY 21,745 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE; AND
APPROXIMATELY 526 TOTAL PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
FLOOR AREA RATIO ("FAR") BONUSES; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
STATING CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
