Re: Updated- Letter of Intent for Hyde Midtown- Major Use Special Permit
Dear Francisco:
On behalf of PRH Midtown 3, LLC ("Owner"), please accept the following as our request for
approval of a Major Use Special Permit for the Hyde Midtown project. This project will consist of a 31
story building with 410 residential dwelling units with 440,000 sq. ft. of floor area, 60 hotel rooms with
40,000 sq. ft. of floor area, 15,361 sq. ft. of retail, 4,946 sq. ft. of restaurant and cafe space and 521 off
street parking spaces pursuant to Article 2, Section 2.2.1 and Appendix C, Section 627 of the Miami21
Code.
We are submitting a revised site plan which accommodates the changes described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said changes principally address a setback change along East Coast
Avenue and the creation of an open public space.
