This project will consist of a 31 story building with 410 residential dwelling units with 440,000 sq. ft. of floor area, 60 hotel rooms with 40,000 sq. ft. of floor area, 15,361 sq. ft. of retail, 4,946 sq. ft. of restaurant and cafe space and 521 off street parking spaces pursuant to Article 2, Section 2.2.1 and Appendix C, Section 627 of the Miami21 Code. We are submitting a revised site plan which accommodates the changes described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
