This phased proiect will consist of a 31 story building with 410 residential dwelling units with 440,000 sq.ft. of residential, 60 hotel rooms, with 40,000 sq.ft. of hotel, 15,361 sq.ft. of retail, 4,946 sq. ft. of restaurant and cafe space and 521 off street parkinq spaces pursuant to Article 2, Section 2.2.1 and Appendix C, Section 627 of the Miami2l Code. 21.
