234 AND 250 NORTHWEST 24TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL" TO "GENERAL COMMERCIAL"; MAKING FINDINGS;
DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
