Subject: Resolution for accepting a donation of four million one hundred sixty five thousand dollars
($4,165,000) from BCC Road Improvement LLC., ("BCC").
Purpose of Item:
A Resolution of the Miami City Commission, accepting a donation in the amount of approximately four million
one hundred sixty five thousand dollars ($4,165,000) from BCC Road Improvement, LLC., ("BCC"), a Florida
Limited Liability Corporation, to the City of Miami ("City"), to defray any related costs for the land acquisition
of the properties located at 602 South Miami Avenue and 614 South Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida
(collectively the "Property"); authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents in a form
acceptable to the City Attorney, in order to implement the acceptance of said donation.

Subject: Resolution for accepting a donation of four million one hundred sixty five thousand dollars
($4,165,000) from BCC Road Improvement LLC., ("BCC").
Background Information:
The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida ("Seller") owns the
properties located at 602 South Miami Avenue and 614 South Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida, (collectively the
"Property"). The City of Miami ("Purchaser") wishes to acquire the Property for the street improvements at 6th
Street and Miami Avenue.
The donation from BCC Road Improvement, LLC., ("BCC"), will help defray those costs associated with the
acquisition of the Property, including but not limited to surveys, environmental reports and title insurance, as
well as satisfy the requirements for traffic improvements of the Property.
