Dear Francisco: Our firm represents Astor 57th LLC, ("Astor") as applicant, along with the Owners of the various properties, in their request for the closure and vacation ofa private alley located near the intersection of SW 57th Avenue and SW 8`l' Street, as depicted in Exhibit A. The nature of the application is to close and vacate a portion of the alley and then re -dedicate on the plat a modified ingress and egress easement in its place, thus allowing the continuing connectivity. The twelve (12) and fourteen (14) foot alleys being closed are approximately 5,043 SF and the easements being dedicated in its place is 4,827SF.
