A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
RATIFYING THE MODIFICATION OF THE 2012-2014 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT, BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND THE EMPLOYEE
ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE, WALTER E.
HEADLEY, JR., MIAMI LODGE NO. 20 ("FOP").
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The attached modification to the 2012-2014 collective bargaining agreement, between
the City of Miami and the employee organization known as the FOP, is approved.
Section 2. The following appropriations are made for the municipal operations of the General
Fund for Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2013 and ending September 30, 2014:

Section 3. The above appropriations for the General Fund are made based on the following

Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1}

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall
become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
