Resolution authorizing execution of a Unity of Title for (3) city -owned parcels of land for the project Coral Way
Community Center Playground, B-30365Q, CD Project No. 91-03275 ("Project").
Background Information:
The City is the owner of three (3) parcels of real properties located at 1300, 1320 and 1330 and SW 12 Ave Miami,
Florida as more particularly described in Exhibit A. The desire is to unite these three (3) parcels in order to obtain
construction permits necessary for the construction of the Project. Pursuant to Section 7.1.7.1 of the Miami 21
Zoning Code, in order to obtain the necessary approvals from the Planning Department, Zoning Department and the
Building Department (Departments) and other permitting agencies to connect these parcels as one site, the
execution of a Unity of Title is required and shall be filed as a permanent part of public property records of Miami -
Dade County.
