AT THE SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO BE HELD ON MARCH 13, 2014 AT 9:00 A.M., IN ITS CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 3500 PAN AMERICAN DRIVE, THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM RELATED TO THE REGULAR AGENDA: AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING CHAPTER 54/ARTICLE V/SECTION 54-190 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "STREETS AND SIDEWALKS/BASE BUILDING LINES/NONSTANDARD STREET WIDTHS", BY MODIFYING THE WIDTH OF THE NORTH SIDE OF SOUTHEAST 1ST STREET BETWEEN SOUTHEAST 1ST AVENUE AND SOUTHEAST 2ND AVENUE AND SOUTHEAST 2ND AVENUE BETWEEN EAST FLAGLER STREET AND SOUTHEAST 1ST STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties to be present or represented at this meeting and are invited to express their views.
