The City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 9:00
a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to comment on
funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) programs.
The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at: www.miamigov.com/communitydevelopment.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 and ends on
Wednesday, March 26, 2014. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday,
March 27, 2014. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department office located
at 444 SW 2nd AVE, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (CD Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted in writing to the
Address, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than March 26, 2014. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend
this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special accommodations may be directed at
305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the public hearing date.

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an
opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new
allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below:" t t
Discussion and Proposed Resolutions authorizing the acceptance, allocation, and/or transfer of funds for the following agenda Items: t
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authoring the acceptance of three (3) properties located at 3749 Oak Avenue, 3604 Percival Avenue and
3755 Frow Avenue from Miami -Dade County and conveyance of same properties with all encumbrances and conditions to Neighborhood Housing
Services of South Florida, Inc., for the development of infill affordable housing for eligible low and moderate income persons.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the amendment of City of Miami ("City") Local Housing Assistance Plan ("LHAP"), for the period of
July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016, to increase the Single Family Rehabilitation Program maximum amount from $35,000 to $50,000
3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the de -obligation of Housing Opportunities for Person with AIDS ("HOPWA") funds, in the amount
of $348,230, from Miami Beach Community Development Corp., Inc. and allocating the amount of $215,400 to Community Aids Resource, Inc.
and the amount of $138,830 to the City of Miami Department of Community and Economic Development, Long Term Tenant Based Rental
Assistance Program for a total amount of $ 348,230.
4. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of PY2014-2015 CDBG funds in the total projected amount of $946,742, in the
Economic Development category, to the agencies specified below:'
