A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT
TRUST FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Marlene Avalo Commission -At -Large
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Bayfront
Park Management Trust, each to serve for a term ending March 13, 2015, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
Section 2. The term limit requirement contained in Section 2-885(b) of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a unanimous (5/5) vote of the members of the City
Commission, as said requirement relates to the appointment of Ralph Duharte as a member of the
Bayfront Park Management Trust.
