The City Manager may be removed pursuant tothe process set
forth in the City Charter. If the City Manager is removed without
oeuoo, he shall receive a fixed sum for compensation and
forbearance in unamount equivalent hnone months' salary and
benefits upon uwritten full release nfinfavor ofthe City. The City
| Manager shall not receive any severance if he is terminated for
| cauxe, induding, but not limited to, miocnnduct, neglect ofduty,
misfeasance, ormalfeasance orifhevoluntarily resigns.
PENSION
The City Manager elects mparticipate inaretirement plan oe
provided under Goc40-351 (1)(d) of the Code. The City shall
contribute at the rate nf20%ofthe City Manager's annual salary.
