The Community Technology Advisory Board was created to provide advice, oversight and grant
solicitation in support of community related computer technology and "distance learning" initiatives.
Community based grants and awards of funds relating to computers, technology and distance based
learning shall be referred to this board.
Members must possess some specific knowledge, training or teaching experience in the field of
Information Technology.
Five (5) appointments are required at this time:
• Mayor Tomas Regalado has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by:
1. Nola Garcia, incumbent, whose term expires on March 14, 2014.
• Chair Wifredo (Willy) has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by:
1. Myrna Pinto, incumbent, whose term expires on March 14, 2014.
• Vice Chair Keon Hardemon has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by:
1. Constance Gilbert, incumbent, whose term expired on October 11, 2013.
• Commissioner Marc David Sarnoff has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by:
1. Jacqueline Zelman, incumbent, whose term expired on March 8, 2013.1.
• Commissioner Frank Carollo has one (1) nomination for a seat currently:
1. Vacant.$
