western portion is represented by the "Property #2" as described above.
2. "Property #1" abuts with properties designated T5-O "Urban Center -Open"
Transect Zone to north, east, and south; and "Property #2" which is designated D-1
to the west.
3. "Property #2" abuts with properties designated D-1 "Work -Place" District Zone to
north, west, and south; and "Property #1" which is designated T5-O to the east.

Mr. David H. Young offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AMENDING THE
ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM "T5-0" URBAN CENTER ZONE AND "D1" DISTRICT ZONE TO "T6-
8-0" URBAN CORE ZONE - OPEN, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 2700 NORTHWEST 2ND AVENUE AND 235 NORTHWEST 27TH
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
