A Resolution of the Miami City Commission directing the City Attorney to institute any and all
actions authorized in law or in equity, necessary or permitted, against the owner(s) of the property
located at 299 Southwest 17th Road, Miami, Florida, Folio no. 01-4138-002-0020, to ensure
compliance with all applicable laws, whether federal, state or local, regarding signage.
Background Information:
Subject property has been cited on more than one occasion for illegal signage. The citations have been
heard before the Code Enforcement Board and the property owner has been fined. The subject
property has yet to come into compliance.
