Purpose of Item: Resolution of the Miami City Commission accepting the final plat of TABITHA SUBDIVISION from PONCE AND BIRD MIAMI DEVELOPMENT LLC, and authorizing the City Managerto execute the related documents for the recordation of the plat and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami - Dade County, Florida. Background Information: The Department of Public Works has reviewed the final plat and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the Miami City Commission. The specific intent of this plat is to close the Alley within the proposed plat and to create one tract. The proposed plat entitled TABITHA SUBDIVISION is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The platted area consists of approximately 89,524 square feet (2.055± acres).
