To authorize the City Manager to execute a Grant of Easement Agreement with Miami -Dade County Water and
Sewer Department for the Fire Station No. 13 Project, B-60453A. The agreement grants the County an easement on
the property described in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated, to construct, reconstruct, lay, install, operate,
maintain, relocate, repair, replace, improve, remove and inspect water transmission and distribution facilities and
all appurtenances thereto, with full right to ingress thereto and egress therefrom on the property.
Background Information:
The Miami -Dade County Water and Sewer Department (County) is the owner and operator of the sanitary sewer
and water mains (Facilities) servicing Fire Station No. 13. The County requires an easement for the future
maintenance of said Facilities.
