CIVILIAN INVESTIGATIVE PANEL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR BENEFITS
Salary
$125,000.00 Annually (Payable biweekly) and participation in the ICMA 401
(a) plan.
Leave Time

96 Hours Annually.
Sick
12 Days/Yr. (No annual payout)
Earned Personal Leave
2 Days/Yr. (Each January) (No annual payout)
Holidays
11 Days/Yr.
(At the time of separation: Payment of all accumulated vacation and sick
leave)

Health
Choice of 2 medical plans: An indemnity/network plan through CIGNA
Insurance. Enrollment is optional but waiver form must be completed if
declined. In addition, vision benefits with no deductible and dental benefits
with no calendar year limit. The City pays 100% of the Family or Single
Premium.
Life
2X Annual Salary rounded to the highest $1,000.00 City pays 100% of the
premium.
Accidental Death and
Dismemberment Insurance
2x Annual Salary rounded to the highest $1,000.00 City pays 100% of the
premium.
Long Term Disability
City pays 100% of premium. In case of disability, 60% of monthly salary will
be paid, not to exceed $5,000.00 per month.
