HANNON AS CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO HOLD OFFICE AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE CITY CHARTER; APPROVING THE SALARY AND BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY CITY CLERK TODD B. HANNON. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4 of the Charter of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, the City Commission is obligated to elect and appoint a City Clerk; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12-0500, adopted December 13, 2012, the City Commission elected and appointed Todd B. Hannon as the City Clerk of the City of Miami, Florida; and WHEREAS, Todd B. Hannon has performed his duties as City Clerk in an exemplary and professional manner; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. Todd B. Hannon is elected and reappointed as City Clerk of the City of Miami, Florida, to serve until the first City Commission meeting following the next general municipal or run-off election(s). Section 3. The salary and benefits to be received by Todd B. Hannon as City Clerk, as listed on "Attachment No. 1," attached and incorporated, are approved. Section 4.
