The nature of this item is to establish a contract for the purchase of Artificial Turf and Installation
Services, from Easy Grass, LLC, on an as needed contractual basis, pursuant to the City of
Sweetwater RFP Contract No. 2013-01, effective April 18, 2013, subject to any extensions and/or
replacement contracts thereto by the City of Sweetwater. Allocating funds from the various sources
of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to availability of funds and budgetary
approval at the time of need.
Background Information:
The City of Miami has identified a citywide need for the procurement of artificial turf and installation
services. In response to the same, the City's use of City of Sweetwater RFP Contract No. 2013-01
will provide a readily available source of supply for said services from Easy Grass, LLC, on an as
needed, when needed contractual basis.
