Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need. Background Information: The City of Miami has identified a citywide need for the procurement of artificial turf and installation services. In response to the same, the City's use of City of Sweetwater RFP Contract No. 2013-01 will provide a readily available source of supply for said services from Easy Grass, LLC, on an as needed, when needed contractual basis.
