MIAMI POLICE SUBSTATION IN THE WEST GROVE TO BE LOCATED AT 3727 GRAND
AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR A TERM OF TWO (2)YEARS, WITH SAID AMOUNT TO BE
PAID IN TWO (2) EQUAL INSTALLMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,000.00, AND THE FIRST
PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN DECEMBER, 2013 AND THE REMAINING $18,000.00 TO BE MADE
IN DECEMBER, 2014; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, IN ORDER TO
IMPLEMENT THE ACCEPTANCE OF SAID DONATION.
