Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of MIAMI HEIGHTS SEWER PUMP STATION,
located between SW 3 Avenue and I-95, North and South of SW 11 Street.
Purpose of Item:
Resolution of the Miami City Commission accepting the final plat of MIAMI HEIGHTS SEWER PUMP
STATION from Miami -Dade County, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the related documents for
the recordation of the plat, and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed the final plat of MIAMI HEIGHTS SEWER PUMP
STATION and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the Miami City Commission.
The specific intent of this plat is to create one tract, and construct a sewer pump station.
The proposed plat entitled MIAMI HEIGHTS SEWER PUMP STATION is a subdivision of the
property described in the attached Legal Description. The platted area consists of approximately
19,000 square feet (0.44± acres). This plat was approved under zoning designation T6-24-0
