PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a subdivision of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) tract of land containing approximately 19,000 square feet (0.44 acres ±). It is zoned T6-24-0. (2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by Rafael R.
