YEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW, IN AN ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,201,812.00;
ALLOCATING SAID FUNDS, FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM SUBJECT TO BUDGETARY APPROVAL; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT, IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE ATTACHED FORM, FOR
SAID PURPOSE; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
OPTIONS TO RENEW SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING AND THE
CONTRACTOR'S PERFORMANCE.
