Book "B" of Page 34, of the Public Records of Miami -Dude County, Florida, bounded on the north
by o line lying 25 feet south of, as measured at right angles to the north line of said Block 36 and
bounded on the south by a line lying 12.50 feet north of, as measured at right angles to the south
line of said Block 36 being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the point of intersection of the centerline of N.W. 8th Street and the centerline of
