REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
GRAPELAND SFEFCU
LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF SW 27 AVENUE
BETWEEN SW 23 STREET AND SW 23 TERRACE
The accompanying Plat entitled GRAPELAND SFEFCU was prepared by Schwebke-
Shiskin and Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission
and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal
Description. The area platted consists of one (2) tracts of land containing
approximately 46,762 square feet (1.07 ± acres). It is zoned T4-O
(2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the
Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Mark Steven Johnson, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this
Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida.
(4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated July 22, 2013, signed by Kenneth D.
Baxter, Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is
correctly vested in SOUTH FLORIDA EDUCATIONAL FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION, and that the Plat has been correctly executed.
(5) The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
6) In accordance with the requirements of Chapters 54 and 55 of the Code of the
City of Miami, Florida, a Cashier's Check, in the amount of $92,546.00,
has been remitted by SOUTH FLORIDA EDUCATIONAL FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION for the subdivision improvements at GRAPELAND SFEFCU. The
Cashier's Check will accompany the Agreement between the City of Miami
