It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (2) tracts of land containing approximately 46,762 square feet (1.07 ± acres). It is zoned T4-O (2) The location of the streets and their widths conform to the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by Mark Steven Johnson, Registered Surveyor and Mapper, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) The Certificate of Title Examination dated July 22, 2013, signed by Kenneth D.
