Background Information: The Department of Homeland Security has annually awarded a grant to the South Florida Urban Search and Rescue ("USAR") Task Force 2, for the continued operation of the City's USAR Program. Said grant award for Fiscal Year 2013 is in an amount not to exceed $1, 15'2-, f 59„o4 commencing October 1st, 2013 thru March 31st, 2015.
