AND RESCUE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT," AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $1,152,154, CONSISTING OF A GRANT FROM FEMA TO BE USED BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF FIRE -RESCUE TO ACQUIRE EQUIPMENT, TRAINING, SUPPORT,
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, EQUIPMENT CACHE PROCUREMENT,
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT SAID
GRANT AWARD AND TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM
ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT THE ACCEPTANCE OF
SAID GRANT.
