Background Information: Between April 1, 2013 and July 31, 2013, the Department of Community and Economic Development has collected $422,982 in CDBG program income. The Administration recommends the allocation of Program Income from CDBG funds generated from April 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013, in the amount of $422,982, to the categories specified in Attachment "A", attached and incorporated.
