AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF PROGRAM INCOME FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT ("CDBG") FUNDS GENERATED FROM APRIL 1, 2013 TO JULY 31, 2013, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $422,982, TO THE CATEGORIES SPECIFIED IN ATTACHMENT "A", ATTACHED
AND INCORPORATED; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS FOR SAID PURPOSE(S).
Background Information:
Between April 1, 2013 and July 31, 2013, the Department of Community and Economic Development
has collected $422,982 in CDBG program income.
The Administration recommends the allocation of Program Income from CDBG funds generated from
April 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013, in the amount of $422,982, to the categories specified in Attachment
"A", attached and incorporated.
