The City of Miami Department of Community Development will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October
10, 2013 at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public
an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for US
Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) programs.
1. Discussion and proposed resolution allowing Wynwood Brewing Company LLC to amend its budget to
include rent and inventory.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit the City's amended Annual
Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 to include shelter operations as an eligible Emergency Solutions
Grant ("ESG") Strategy to HUD for review and approval and allowing ESG funds in the total amount of
$100,343.68 to be used by the City of Miami, Neighborhood Enchancement Team -Homeless Programs
for shelter operations/emergency hotel or motel for homeless families or individual. •
3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of Program Income from Community
Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds generated from April 1,2013 to July 31, 2013, in the amount of
$422,982 as follows: $63,447.28 to Public Service (2014-2015 Fiscal Year), $84,596.37 to
Administration (2014-2015 Fiscal year), and $274,938.20 to Citywide Economic Development Reserve.
4. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer from the City of Miami, Department of
Community and Economic Development CDBG funds in the amount of $1,062,000 and allocating said
funds to City of Miami, Public Facilities for the Acquisition of land for Golden Pines Park located at 2471
Southwest 32' Avenue, 2511 Southwest 32nd Avenue, 3190 Southwest 24th Terrace and 3186
Southwest 25th Street, Miami, Florida.
5. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of Poverty Initiative Program funds, in the
total amount of $190,500 in the amounts and to the agencies as specified below:

(CD Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted in writing to the CD Address, Attn:
Natasha T. Bordes, and must be received no later than October 9, 2013. Interested individuals are
encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests
