AND OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1620
NORTHWEST 58TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM "DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL" TO "LOW DENSITY RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL";
MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED
AGENCIES; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
