Requiring air quality assessment and carbon monoxide mitigation measures. Mitigating impacts to transportation infrastructure through improvements and mitigation measures. Including affordable housing and economic development measures. Promulgating energy and water efficiency measures. Requiring reporting for employment training programs. Updates SEOPW supplemental fee to include Increment III. • Updates the definitions consistent with Miami 21 and reorganization in State and County governments. • Provides transportation mitigation measures for Increment III. Includes language aimed at preventing and mitigating violations of the minimum standard for carbon monoxide concentrations. • Adjusts for changes in the cost of living.
