Elvi Gallastegui, Agenda Coordinator Enclosure HT:ab:br:MDWASD VK Utility Easement CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on September 12, 2013, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, OF AN APPROXIMATELY FIFTY (50) FOOT WIDE STRIP OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT VIRGINIA KEY (NORRIS CUT CHANNEL), MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon any appeal may be based (F.S.286.0105).
