Director Chief *ty, Manager, Page 1 of 1 AGENDA ITEM SUMMARY FORM CONTINUED Background Information: CIP is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all construction related capital projects in the City of Miami, and for the financial management of all capital funds. CIP has identified areas in District 4 around Northwest 4th Street between Northwest 27th Avenue and Northwest 31stAvenue currently in need of improvements, including roadway milling and resurfacing, along with associated drainage, sidewalk/ADA ramp, driveway, landscaping, new curbs and pavement markings and signage upgrades. The Administration recommends the transfer of CDBG funds in the total amount of $225,450, as specified in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated, to CIP for street improvements.
