Allocating funds from the various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the time of need. Background Information: The City of Miami has a need for metal waste containers. On June 12, 2013, the Purchasing Department issued an Invitation for Bid (IE.B No. 364321). As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued online. On July 1, 2013, at the bid opening one (1) bid was submitted and tabulated. The Purchasing Department is recommending award to the sole responsive and responsible bidder per bid specifications.
