Lunches will be provided to elderly Monday thru Friday Program Start Date: 10/1/24 Program End Date: /23/24 Please describe how this program/project and funding will alleviate poverty within the City of Miami? Food insecurity within the low income/elderly population is among the highest in the country as well as in Florida. By providing this service of Home Delivered Meals to these homebound residents, will help them with their food insecurity and assure that these individuals will not go hungry inspite of their economic and medical condition. IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE: Describe the overall expected outcomes and performance measures for this project/program. And, list the supporting documentation that will be submitted with the Close Out Report: To provide daily home delivered meals to 220 Homebound Elderly Residents from the City of Miami District 4. Sunshine For All, Inc will submit the API Monthly Report which covers all aspects of the program (i.e. fitnding amount, race & Ethnicity Data, Progress Report and number of Meals.
