SOUTHWEST 28TH AVENUE AND 2740 SOUTHWEST 27TH COURT,
MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

March 20, 2013 by a vote of 8-3 as follows: 1) Change the zoning classification
to "T4-R" and 2) Southwest 27th Court will be up to code with proper pavement
and sidewalks and proper sidewalks on Southwest 28th Avenue.
City Commission: Deferred on April 25, 2013.
