Mr. Meisenboule has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of architecture and interior design. His
backgnound focuses on numerous large scale historic preservation projects with emphasis on governmental,education and theater facilities 6o\6 in Miami and New York. In 1987, he formed his own firm and has been
responsible for numerous restoration projects throughout the southeastern United States. Heisaregistered architect
in 5 states, He was accorded the Silver Medal for Design from \heA|A Miami in 2003. He was elected to UheA|A

and most prestigious landmarks including the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Guanan Center for the Performing
Arts' The Colony Theater, the Freedom Tower and the Miami Edison Middle School. He has served as President of
A|A Miami and Dade Vc,i\a0e Trust the area's largest historic preservation organization. Ile also served as a
member o/ the City of Miami's Historic Preservation Board for over 10 years. As an alumnus o/ the University of
Miami, he is remains active in the School of Architecture and often serves asa guest lecturer on historic preservatio
Mr. Hci5enbnule's projects have been widely publicized in Architectural Record, the Wall Street Journal, the Miami
Herald, Florida Caribbean Architect and Preservation Today Magazine. He has receivednumerous awards for
Excellence in Architecture the Florida Association of the American institute of Architects, the Miami Chapter of the
American Institute of Architects. In 1998 he won a National Preservation Award from the National Trust for Historic
Preservation. He has also been the recipient ofnumerous Outstanding Preservation Project Awards from the Florida
Trust for Historic Preservation.
He has served as President o/ AkMiami and Dade Heritage Trust the area's largest historic preservationorganization. He also served as a member of the (\y ofMiami's Historic Preservation Board for lO years and the
Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board for 2years.

Arva Moore Parks
Arva Moore Parks is a native Miamian with a Master's Degree in history. She has authored, co-
authored, edited or contributed to more than 20 books and documentaries including the City of
Miami's official history: Miami The Magic City. She is also an indefatigable historic
preservationist and many South Florida landmarks have been preserved because of her
leadership. She has served on numerous local, state and national boards and commissions.
President Clinton appointed her to the Federal Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and
she chaired of the Southern Region of the National Trust for Historic Preservation Board of
Advisors. She served as Chair of the City of Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board for its
first six years. She also served as Vice -Chair of the first City of Miami Preservation Board, the
first chair of the Vizcaya Trust and is immediate -past chair of the City of Miami Planning
Advisory Board. She recently spent 18 months as acting director and chief curator of the new
Coral Gables Museum and currently serves as chair of the board. She also serves on the board of
the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.
Widely honored for both her writing and advocacy, she was inducted into the State of Florida
and City of Miami's Women's Hall of Fame. She has also received many awards for her
leadership in historic preservation including a National Preservation Award from the National
Trust for Historic Preservation; Dade Heritage Trust's highest honor the Henriette Harris
Award and the Florida Trust highest honor, the Carl Weinhardt Award.

Reina|do Borges has Masters Degree inArchitecture with afocus on K4ixed'U5e
and Hybrid urban projects and urban design, With over 25 years of Professional
expehenne, he has won numerous international design competitions awards. His
work has been published in national and international architectural publications and
ranges from design collaboration of the New American Airlines Arena in Miami, to
the Royal Palm Cmwme Plaza Resort Hotel in South Miami Beach, to a New Carillon
Cayon Ranch Resort in Miami Beach, Florida to numerous other luxury residential
projects. Currently he has designed a 597'unit luxury condominium high-rise on
Miami's 8ricke|| Avenue, with two 50 story towers aswell as its sister project the
Phase 11 tower also known as Infinity Phase 11, containing 70 stories and 555 units in
a K1ixed'U5e program. He is a Florida registered architect and a member of the
American Institute of Architects and an active member of the Green Building
Reina|dn has developed awe|l-munded background in the field of architecture, in
projects ranging from custom residences and luxury high-rise multi -family residences
to resort/urban hotels and complex mixed -use facilities, Moderate to Luxury
condominium high-rise design and hospitality projects are his strongest design
specialties. Reinaldo uses responsive creative problem solving from concept to final
detailed execution of the wmrk, with an enthusiastic team oriented approach. He
has successfully collaborated with national design teams in design collaborations
numerous times. During the design of the new American Airline Arena where Mr.
Borges asthe design leader, directed a team of over2O design professional ranging
