ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED, TO THE CITY OF MIAMI — CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
PROGRAM ("CIP") FOR AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT ("ADA") IMPROVEMENTS AT
DOUGLAS PARK IN DISTRICT 2; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR SAID PURPOSE.

Background Information:
CIP is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all construction
related capital projects in the City of Miami, and for the financial management of all capital funds.
,CIP has identified the male and female bathrooms at Douglas Park in need of ADA remodeling
consisting of bathroom accessories, toilet partitions, toilets, urinals, sinks, ADA drinking fountain, light
fixtures and painting and ceramic tile finishes.
The Administration recommends the transfer of CDBG de -obligated funds in the total amount of
$133,474, as specified in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated, to CIP for ADA improvements in
Douglas Park,
